An harvester-owner exploiting 40 hectares of orchards, and produces cider, pommeau and cider brandies.
Apple, the Celtic symbol of Heaven, is here at the heart of four products:
• Odet Vallée Cider : a pure juice and non-pasteurised traditional cider.
• Brittany Pommeau (AOC Brittany Pommeau, 17% alcohol) produced from blending the fresh apple juice with “lambig” (cider brandy) at the onset of fermentation.
• Brittany Lambig (AOR Brittany Cider brandy, 40% alcohol).
• Gwenaval, the 40% alcohol clear apple brandy, created in 2006 and whose fresh apple flavour makes it the ideal drink for cocktails and for deserts.
Ever since the founding of the distillery, the high quality of both brandy and pommeau have been regularly praised. We have been awarded 19 medals, of which 7 gold medals were from the Paris General Agricultural Show.
